Darlene is a Licensed Registered Nurse with over 30yrs experience. She is also a Retired United States Air Force Nurse Officer with vast experience in leadership, management, supporting and advocating for value added customer service in the use of products and services. The core values from the military she continues to uphold are Integrity, Service and Excellence! She exercises professionalism, patience and a "people-first" attitude with every client interaction.

Why SMP? During her military and civilian healthcare career, she encountered many patients and clients who were self conscious about removing their hats, head scarfs, or wigs due to hair loss. Darlene suffers from hair loss herself and decided to look into hair replacement options, and discovered SMP. Darlene received SMP treatment to her hair loss areas and her confidence SKYROCKETED! She decided to help other Men and Women experiencing the same thing she experienced and is now a Certified SMP Practitioner, trained by an artist from the original inventors of the SMP procedure.
